I started my Radio Career in my hometown of Rochester, New York (one word: SNOW). Eventually I made my way to Chicago (two words: MORE SNOW). Actually, we know Chi-town is the best city in America in the spring and summer, right? I’ve lived here for 15 years now and got my start on a radio home shopping show for celebrities. It only lasted three months, don’t ask, but I did get to meet Jane Fonda and Valarie Harper (both were nice!) After that, I went back to Djing full-time at a number of popular stations in town, including Q101 and Z95, and eventually ended up at the Lite where I’ve been for 7 years now. I also visit our sister stations down the hall from time-to-time to DJ & do News & Traffic at WNUA and KISS. When I’m not working at the Lite, I’m a voice coach. I teach voice and speech improvement classes, mainly to business professionals (like you) who want to improve how they sound, which also improves self-confidence! I also teach commercial voice-over classes where my students learn acting skills and create demos for the vo industry. I live in the great city of Chi with my boyfriend & my cat. (I tried the Suburbs but it wasn't for me!) In my spare time (huh? who has that?) I'm a Docent with the Education Department at the Field Museum of Natural History. Lite listeners are the best, truly loyal. Thank you for Keeping the Lite On!
